I make systems talk to each other

6 production lines, running continuously

30+ machines,6+ vendors,across 2 sites

I build the software that keeps automated manufacturing lines talking to each other: device drivers, message-passing services, and the tools operators and engineers use to see what those services are doing. Below are a handful of the pieces of that work I can talk about in detail; the full list is on the work page.

Selected work

Station supervisor
Decision layer for through-hole automation. One per line, six in production driving 7 machines at 2 sites.
Selective solder driver
Solders only the joints a board actually has, cutting cycle time 18%.
Preventive maintenance platform
Scheduling and execution tracking for machine maintenance, used across 30%+ of manufacturing.
RabbitMQ / CFX developer client
The tool the team needed for years, built in the gaps.
VGCLite
Competitive Pokémon team analysis, with four independent caching layers.
TimeSense
Desktop time tracker that won the advanced track at WSU CrimsonCode 2024.
